摘    要:
单晶金刚石刀具在刃磨过程中,不同晶面,晶向以及工艺参数会对发出的噪声和振动信号有所影响。分析刃磨工艺条件、噪声和振动信号以及刃口质量之间的相互关系,将有助于更加深入地了解刀具刃磨技术,提高刀具制造水平。

Abstract:
in the grinding process of single crystal diamond tool, different lattice planes, lattice orientations and technological parameters exert an influence on the emitted noise and vibration. Analyzing the relations of the grinding process conditions, noise and vibration signals, as well as the qualities of the edges would be helpful to deeply understand the tools grinding technology and improve the tools manufacturing standards.
