| 摘 要： | 采用正交设计方法研究了合成金刚石用Ｎｉ７０Ｍｎ２５Ｃｏ５合金固体渗硼及其对人工合成金刚石强度的影响。采用方差分析方法优选出该合金最佳渗硼工艺。

| Abstract: | The solid boronization of Ni70Mn25Co5 alloy used for synthesizing diamond and the effect of it on strength of synthetic diamond by orthogonatity rejection have been investigated. Optimal boroizing technology is obtained by variance analysis. |
