摘    要:利用污水处理厂污泥进行铬渣的解毒研究,实验结果表明:在600W、800℃的微波辐照条件下,Cr^6+的浸出率随还原剂脱水污泥的增加而降低,升温时间随脱水污泥用量的增加而减少,说明脱水污泥对微波的吸收效果明显;微波辐照温度在800—950℃时,铬渣的解毒效率随温度的升高而增加;浓缩活性污泥中的厌氧微生物对铬渣(Cr^6+)还原解毒后,滤液中的Cr^6+浓度远远低于《污水综合排放标准》的浓度限值0.5mg/L,浓缩活性污泥对铬渣解毒的效果与含铬物料的量、解毒时间等因素有关.研究成果拓宽了污泥应用途径.

Abstract:Detoxification of residue chromium by sludge of municipal water treatment plant is studied in this paper. When exposed to microwave of 600 W and 800℃ , Cr6 + lixiviating rate and time for temperature rising are found to decrease with the amount increase of dehydrated sludge, which indicates that dehydrated sludge absorb microwave remarkably. When the microwave'S temperature is 800 - 950℃ , the efficiency of detoxification of residue chromium increase with the rising temperature. Facuhative anaerobe in concentrated activated sludge reduces chromium slag to such a degree that the Cr6 + concentration of the filtrate is much lower than the limit value 0. 5 mg/L specified in Integrated wastewater discharge Standard. The detoxification effect is also associated with the chromium content and treating time. This research has found a new application for sludge.
