摘    要:
文章采用了二氯丙醇脱氯化氢的全新工艺来制备一氯丙酮,考察了活性组分、载体、反应空速和反应温度对反应活性的影响,并对工艺条件进行了优化:采用ZnCl2/活性炭为催化剂,反应温度控制在180℃,反应空速为0.8 h-1,反应转化率为43.8%,选择性为97.3%,反应副产氯化氢,工艺符合现今清洁生产的要求。

Abstract:
In the paper,1-Chloroacetone was prepared by the new method, which was dehydrochlorination of 1,3-Dichloro-2- propanol. The effect factors of reaction activity were studied, such as active component, carrier, space velocity and temperature. The factors affecting the properties of the reaction were optimized. Zinc chloride was loaded in the active carbon as catalyst, reaction temperature was 180 ℃, space velocity was 0.8 h 1. In this situation, conversion rate reached 43.8 %, selectivity reached up to 97.3 %. The method satisfied with the request of cleaner production.
