| 摘 要： | 本文作为武汉市科委下达的软科学研究课题《武汉地区电子信息产业发展战略研究》的一部分,作者对武汉地区通信技术与产业发展进行了调查分析。总结了基本成绩、有利条件、制约因素和存在问题。对如何发挥武汉市的通信技术优势,抓住机遇,利用数据通信技术及其产业,推进社会经济发展进行了有益的探讨。

| Abstract: | The research subject "The study of electricity and information industrial development in Wuhan" was assigned by Wuhan Sceince Committee. As one part of this subject, we investigated the communication technology and industrial development in Wuhan. The achievement, advantage, rest retrictive factors and problem have been pointed out in this paper. How to make use of the data communication technology to improve the development of social economy is seeked. |
