延长压铸模使用寿命的方法

摘    要:针对普遍存在的压铸模容易老化、寿命较短的特点,指出选用优良的钢材制作是保证压铸模寿命的基本条件。合理设计铸件及压铸模、确保模具的加工质量、规范的热处理工艺、模具表面强化处理以及压铸模使用过程中规范的操作能延长压铸模寿命。我公司的压铸模长期使用这些方法后的统计结果表明:国产H13钢压铸模具使用寿命可从8万模次延长至12万模次左右,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The die-casting mould is short-lived and easy to age. It is essential that the die- casting mould should be made of excellent steels to guarantee the mould life. Rational design of the mould structure and the castings, qualified mould manufacturing, regular heat-treat- ment, mould surface strengthening treatment and the standardized operation can also extend the life of the die-casting mould. Using those methods, the condition of the die-casting mould in our company indicates that the life of the casting mould made of domestic H13 steel can be extended from 80 000 to 120 000 times, the economic benefit is remarkable.
