Abstract:To introduce production process of 1 870 MPa grade galvanized steel wire for rope. First drawing then galvanizing production process should be chosen to produce diameter 1.4 - 4.0 mm, 1 870 MPa grade A type hot galvanizing steel wire for rope. The patent semi-finished product to produce diameter 2.80, 2.90, 3.05 mm by using 82B wire rod is diameter 7.70, 8.00, 8.30 mm respectively, zinc coat mass fraction after galvanizing is 263.8, 273.1, 275.9 g/m^2. Drawing after medium galvanizing production process should be chosen to produce diameter 0. 8 - 2.4 mm, 1 870 MPa grade AB type hot galvanizing steel wire for rope. The patent semi-finished product to produce diameter 1.60, 1.70, 1.80 mm by using 70 steel wire rod is diameter 3.20, 3.40, 3.60 mm respectively, zinc coat mass fraction before drawing after galvanizing is 308.6, 309.7, 311.8 g/m^2. First galvanizing then drawing production process should be chosen to produce diameter 0.4 - 1.6 mm, 1 870 MPa grade B type hot galvanizing steel wire for rope. The patent semi-finished product to produce diameter 0.65, 0.60, 0.80 mm by using 70 steel wire rod is diameter 1.90, 1.75, 2.30 mm respectively, zinc coat mass fraction before drawing after galvanizing is 233.5, 228.6, 255.4 g/m^2.
