天然气脱硫系统的胺液改造及设备优化

摘    要:针对陕北某天然气净化厂由于新干线的并入,使得原料气中CO2、H2S等酸性组分含量大幅上升,导致脱硫系统生产效率低下、装置腐蚀严重等迫切需要解决的问题,基于ChemCAD 6.0.1流程模拟软件对单一胺液(w(MDEA)=50%)和复配胺液(w(MDEA)=45%,w(DEA)=5%)下的脱硫系统进行全流程模拟,并对其净化效果和能量消耗进行对比研究。分别利用FRI-TryRating 1.0.7、HTRI Xchanger Suite 4.00、Pipe Flow Expert 2010等专业软件在上述条件下对脱硫系统的关键设备进行校核。研究结果表明,使用复配胺液时,单位胺液负荷可增大80.50%,循环量和蒸汽消耗较单一胺液下降45.45%和24.56%,复配胺液方案远远优于单一胺液方案,且在役脱硫系统各个设备均可满足复配胺液方案下的操作要求。

Abstract:In a natural gas purification plant in northern Shanxi,due to the incorporation of the new gas transmission pipelines,the concentration of acid gases(CO2,H2S) in the feed gas increased remarkably,which resulted in the low desulfurization efficiency and the serious equipment corrosion for the desulfurization system.ChemCAD 6.0.1 professional software was utilized to simulate the whole process of the desulfurization system with the single MDEA solution(50% MDEA by mass) and the formulated solution(45% MDEA+5% DEA by mass),and the purification efficiency and energy consumption of the two different solutions were compared.FRI-Try Rating 1.0.7,HTRI Xchanger Suite 4.00 and Pipe Flow Expert 2010 softwares were used to check the key equipments of the desulfurization system under above conditions.The result showed that for the formulated amine solution,the acid gas loading per mole of amine increased 80.50%,and the circulation amount of amine and the consumption of steam decreased 45.45% and 24.56%,respectively.The formulated solution was far better than the single MDEA solution,and all equipments of desulfurization system in service could meet operational requirements for the formulated amine solution.
