顶置湿式缸套的支撑方式优化设计及分析

摘    要:本文以采用顶置湿式气缸套的柴油机为研究对象,对气缸套支撑方式进行改进设计,优化机体水套的结构、改善气缸套顶部冷却效果,并通过计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析研究机体水套的水流场、气缸套的温度场、热变形,分析结果表明,采用该优化设计方案,气缸套冷热变形稳定,对改善气缸套与活塞的冷却效果明显.

Optimal Design and Analysis of Support Structure of Top-hung Wet Cylinder Liner

Abstract:The study of this paper is based ona top-hung wet cylinder liner diesel engine. In order to improve coolingeffect of the cylinder liner, especially the top part, optimization of the waterjacket is made by improving the support structure of top-hung lin- er. The water flow field of waterjacket, temperature field and thermal deformation of cylinder liner are analyzed by CAE method. The results show that the optimal design can improve the cooling effect of cylinder liner and piston, and thermal deformation of cylinder liner is stable.
