Abstract: | In this paper, we present a multiuser rate adaptive resource allocation for OFDM downlink transmission. This new algorithm assign one bit at a time to user that has the minimum total power in the subcarrier that requires the least additional power. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm achieves a higher capacity than previous existing algorithms and distributed the overall capacity more fairly among users. |
