| Abstract: | Aimd at the problem of rapid converging, big damage of freshet and fast flood control operation,through applying the non-engineering measure such as rainfall remote-measuring system of reservoirs and freshet disaster early-warning system, the scientific operation is made in order to control flood and relieve disaster. |
