| 摘 要： | 回顾总结了黑龙江省电力有限公司2000年安全生产工作取得的丰硕成果，全年未发生生产人身死亡事故、重大设备事故、电网瓦解和大面积停电事故，实现10a来第一安全年，全面完成了各项生产任务。提出了省公司2001年安全生产工作主要目标，部署了10项重点工作，号召广大职工为全面完成各项生产任务、实现第二个安全年和一流省电力公司而奋斗。

| Abstract: | Reviews the great achievements of Heilongjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd in achieving safe production in the year of 2000: no personal injury, no damage to essential equipment and network, and no large area blackout, and expounds the major goals established for the company to achieve safe production in the year of 2001, the arrangement of 10 key projects, and the call for all staffmembers of the company to fulfil different production tasks, achieve another safe production year and make the company a first rate provincial electric power company. |
