| 摘 要： | 该文针对这种状况设计了一款电能表周转箱自动装车系统。系统由自动装车系统和倒车辅助系统组成,实现了电能表周转箱从立体仓库输送线到货车车厢的自动化装车工作。人机界面具有动画显示、数据存储与查询、报警信息和系统参数设定等特点。为了保证装车堆垛的稳定性,针对不同数量的装车作业制定出不同的装车堆垛模式。

| Abstract: | To solve these shortages of this loading method,a watt-hour meter containers automatic loading system is designed in this paper,which realize the watt-hour meter’s automatic loading from warehouse conveyor line to boxcars.This system consists of automatic loading system and parking assist system.The human machine interface of the system has such functions as animated display,data storage and searching,alarm warning and system parameter settings,etc.To guarantee the operating stability of this system,different loading modes are developed for different loading operations. |
