摘    要:针对110KV同塔双回线路相间距离小,利用常规带电作业方法难以实现绝缘子更换,本文研究了110kV同塔双回线路带电更换绝缘子专用工具。通过实验证明了本文所研制的工具能实现110kV同塔双回线路任意相绝缘子的带电更换,缩短了项目操作时间,减轻了工作强度,提高了工作效率。

Development for Live Line Replacing for Insulation Clusters on 110 kV Lines with Double Circuit on the Same Tower
Abstract:For 110 kV lines with double circuit on the same tower the distance is too little to replace insulations by conventional method live line. In this paper, the special tool for replacing insulations is made for 110 kV lines with double circuit on the same tow- er. The experiments prove that the developed tool can replace insulations for any phase, shorten the time of project operation, and reduce the work in- tensity and improve work efficiency.
