无模拉伸制备双金属复合管的初步探讨

摘    要:双金属管已被广泛应用于工业生产中,成形制备双金属管的方法也多种多样.考虑到目前成形方法的一些不足,本研究提出采用无模拉伸技术制备双金属管的方法和思路.通过设备及试验设计,制备出界面复合较满意的铜包钢双金属复合管产品,验证了无模拉伸方法制备双金属管的可行性和实用性,并结合试验结论提出后续的研究方向.

Abstract:At present,bimetal tube has been used wildly in the industrial production and there are many methods for preparing these kinds of tubes.In consideration of deficiencies of available methods,a new technique of bimetal tube preparation was presented.With appropriate design and manufacture of facility and design of experiment,copper clad steel tube was prepared.Feasibility and practicability were discussed.
