摘    要:多绳摩擦式提升机在换绳、调绳、更换悬挂装置和更换提升容器时均需要固定住主提升钢丝绳,一般采用板式卡绳器,卡绳时间需1 ~2h 。本文介绍了一种最新研制的快速卡绳技术,它利用滚动摩擦的楔形自锁机构夹紧钢丝绳,可以大大减少卡绳时间、降低劳动强度。另外,还介绍了该快速卡绳装置的结构特点、工作原理以及工程应用情况,并给出了卡绳装置的可靠性系数计算公式。

Abstract:The wire rope must be fixed when a multi-frictional hoist is changing the wire rope, adjusting position of the wire rope and altering the suspending equipmet and hoist container. To obtain the objective we usually use the flat typed clip and cost 1 to 2 hours. The paper initiates a latest developed high-speed clip technology,which makes use of the rolling friction principle. The wedge self-lock mechanism to grip the wire rope results in much less clip time and much lower labor intensity. In addition the construction characteristics, work principle,engineering application condition as well as the reliability coefficent calculating formula of such a device are introduced.
