陶瓷材料的微波焊接研究

摘    要:
陶瓷材料微波焊接是一门具有实用价值和应用前景的新颖的焊接技术。它与常规的陶瓷焊接比较具有:(1)能耗低;(2)升温快;(3)接头质量高等优点。本文对微波焊接的特点、机理、设备、式艺及发展和展望进行了较全面分析和讨论。

Abstract:
A new joining method for ceramics by microwave heating was describes and the use of microwave energy appears to be of partical values and applied prospects. Compared with conventional joining, microwave joining has following advantages: (1)low energy consumption; (2)rapid heating rate; (3)high quality joint,etc. The characteristics, mechanism, techniques of microwave joining and its development and prospects are analyzed and discussed comprehensively in this paper.
