采用BOF-LF-CC工艺流程试制了汽车齿轮钢20CrMnTiH-1,制订了合理的内控成分,强化了转炉终点控制、LF炉铝脱氧造白渣、低过热度全保护浇注等工艺。达到了淬透性带宽小于6.5 HRC、晶粒度8级、全氧含量小于0.002 0%的水平。并通过喂硫线控制钢中硫含量,提高其加工切削性能,满足了用户的特殊使用要求。
