摘要：	高校体育改革必须以素质教育为中心，改革教学内容，选择正确的教学模式，即在制定教学目标、选择教学内容、制定评价标准等方面，以贯彻“健康第一”的思想为宗旨，达到学生身心全面发展的目的。
