铝-钢爆炸复合板腐蚀性能

摘    要:采用爆炸焊接方法获得了三种不同的铝-钢爆炸复合板,通过测试其在人造海水中的腐蚀速率,对其腐蚀性能及特征进行了讨论。结果表明:铝-钢爆炸复合板在人造海水中主要发生电偶腐蚀,钢基板腐蚀较轻,铝复板加速腐蚀并且表面形成许多点蚀坑。以不锈钢为基板的铝-钢复合板的腐蚀速率最大。随着时间的延长,三种复合板的腐蚀速率逐渐变小并趋于稳定。

Abstract:Aluminum-steel cladding plates were manufactured by explosive welding.Their corrosion rates were measured in artificial seawater and their corrosion properties were discussed.Galvanic corrosion occurred when the samples were immersed in seawater.The corrosion rate of the flyer plate was accelerated and many pits appeared on the aluminum alloy surface.However,the base plate of steel showed a low corrosion rate due to the protection by the aluminum alloy.The corrosion rate of the cladding plate was the largest when the base plate was stainless steel.And the corrosion rates of the cladding plates became less and stable as the immersing time was prolonged.
