摘    要:车河选矿厂处理大厂矿田铜坑矿产出的低品位锡石多金属硫化矿矿石,主要回收锡、铅锑、锌矿物.硫砷矿物一直没有回收,丢弃进入总尾矿.小型试验结果表明,采用"浮-磁-重"流程,可从选锌尾矿中成功分离产出硫精矿、砷精矿.设计建设了给矿处理能力为21万t/a的硫砷回收车间,设计年产低锡精矿(Sn 5.5%)840 t,硫精矿92400 t,砷精矿22100 t.工程设计投资1060.4万元.项目于2009年投入正式生产,经济与社会效益良好.

Abstract:The low-grade cassiterite multiple metallic sulfide ore processed by Chehe dressing plant is produced in Tongkeng mine,Dachang mine field.The Chehe plant mainly recycles tin,lead,antimony and zinc minerals instead of pyrites and arsenic sulfide which is cast away into the total tailings all the time.But bench test indicates that sulfur concentrate and arsenic concentrate can be separated from Zn flotation tailings successfully by the flow sheet of floatation-magnetic separation-gravity concentration.A works...
