摘    要:设计了一种接触式声发射传感器,详细介绍了压电晶片、背衬、声匹配层以及前置放大器对声发射传感器灵敏度、分辨率、信噪比等指标的影响。利用阻抗分析仪对声发射传感器的输入电导进行了测定,结果表明声发射传感器设计方法可行。

Abstract:The design of a contact PVDF acoustic sensor is described in this paper,including the operating principle and the structure of the sensor,and the influence of backing material,acoustic matching layer and pre-amplifier on the sensitivity,resolution and signal to noise ratio(SNR) of the sensor.The sensor has been calibrated using a precision impedance analyzer,by which the parameters of the acoustic sensor have been obtained.Test result shows that the design method is acceptable.
