多层内框架房屋抗震加固的试验研究与设计计算方法的探讨

摘    要:通过对加固的多层砖墙和加固的多层内框架在周期反复水平力作用下结构抗震性能的试验研究,得到了两类加固构件在地震力作用下的层间变形特征与恢复力模型, 利用爆炸地震波试验场,进行了加固与未加固的两幢三层内框架房屋的结构动力反应与地震破坏试验。确定了多层内框架房屋的震害机理与结构动力计算模型。使用多自由度体系非弹性地震反应计算程序计算并验证了房屋的动力试验结果。 利用已确定的结构动力计算模型验算了海城地震中一幢典型的多层内框架房屋的地震破坏过程,计算所得结果与实际震害相符。 在参阅国内有关科研成果和利用上述试验研究结果的基础上,提出了多层内框架房屋抗震加固设计计算方法。

Abstract:Through the experimental study of strengthened multistory building with R.C.interior frames and exterior brick bearing walls under cyclic reversed load,the story drift characteristics and restoring force models of these two kinds of structures are obtained.By use of the explosive generated shock in field, dynamic response and earthquake damage test of both the unstrengthened and strengthened three-story buildings with R.C.interior frame and exterior brick bearing walls have been conducted. As a result of the test, the damage mechanism of this kind of building has been revealed and its mathematical model of dynamic analysis established.The computation of a multi-degree of freedom of the nonelastic system of the structures is verified by the test results.The earthquake response of a typical multistory building of this kind during Haicheng earthquake is computed by using the established mathematical model, the result of computation agrees well with the actual damage.A design method for strengthening R.C.interior frame building with exterior brick bearing walls is proposed on the basis of above metioned tests and analysis as well as making reference to relevant research works in China.
