船舱内静止装药和运动装药爆炸的毁伤效果仿真

摘    要:采用数值仿真方法对不同质量的静止装药和运动装药在船舱内爆炸的过程进行了研究,分析了装药的运动速度对船舱的毁伤效果和船舱内流场分布的影响。计算结果表明,运动装药在船舱内爆炸对运动正方向舱壁的毁伤效果大于静止装药,且随着装药速度的增大而增加;而对运动反方向舱壁的毁伤效果小于静止装药,且随着装药速度的增加而减小。由于运动装药易使运动正方向舱壁出现破口,使得船舱泄压,导致对运动反方向舱壁的毁伤效果比静止装药爆炸时要小,不利于从整体上毁伤船舱。运动装药在船舱内爆炸时在运动正方向舱壁上产生的超压峰值明显大于静止装药,且随着装药速度的增大而增大,而在运动反方向舱壁上产生的超压峰值要低于静止装药,且随着装药速度的增大而降低。

Simulation on Damage Effect of Ship Cabin Subjected to Blast Loading of Static and Moving Explosive
Abstract:The processes of the explosion of static and moving explosive with different mass inside ship cabin were studied using numerical simulation. The influence of explosive velocity on the cabin damage effect and the flow field distribution was analyzed. The calculation results show that the blasting of moving explosive induces more damage on the bulkhead in the moving direction than that of the static explosive , and the damage increases with the velocity of the explosive. It is opposite for the bulkhead in the opposite moving direction. The damage of the bulkhead in the opposite moving direction is reduced for the moving explosive,as the pressure relieves easily. The peak overpressure acting on bulkhead in the moving direction is greater for the moving explosive,comparing with the static explosive. In the opposite direction, the peak overpressure is lower for the moving explosive than that for the static explosive,and the peak overpressure decreases with the velocity of the explosive.
