茂金属催化剂样品的预处理对其金属元素测定的影响

用敞口消解法和密闭消解法对茂金属催化剂进行样品预处理，用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(JCP—AES)测定其中的金属元素含量，考察了采用不同样品预处理方法对金属元素质量分数测定结果的影响。结果表明，测定硅载体茂金属催化剂中的茂金属元素，需采用敞口消解法处理样品，2种预处理方法对催化剂载体中金属元素的测定并无影响；测定非硅载体茂金属催化剂中的金属元素，用2种须处理方法均可。

Influence of sample preparation on determination of element in metallocene catalyst

The influence of sample preparation on determination of the mass fraction of the elemenats in metallocene catalyst was studied.It was observed that the open digestion method was suitable for silica matrix metallocene catalyst.Both open and sealed methods had no influence on the determination of the matrix metal elements of the catalyst.Both of the methods were suitable for non-silica matrix metallocene catalyst.
