摘    要:推进国有企业经营者队伍的市场化、职业化改革是一项复杂而系统的工程。只有把国有企业干部人事制度的改革放到整个国有企业改革的大背景中去思考、去实践,按市场经济的要求,建立起市场化、职业化的选拔任用机制,才能保证国有企业干部人事制度改革真正到位。

Abstract:To promote the managing personnel of national enterprise towards the reform of marketization and professionalization is a complicated systematic project.The cadre and personnel system reform can be fulfilled only if the reform of national enterprise cadre and personnel system is put into the big background of whole national enterprise reform,to go thinking and practising,according to the reguirement of market economy to build the selecting and appointing mechanism with marketization and professionalization.
