基于地铁给排水模拟系统中水位测控系统的设计

摘    要:地铁的给排水系统是地铁系统的核心组成部分之一,从一定程度上决定了整个地铁系统的安全。但是,目前的地铁模拟给排水系统,结构较为复杂,成本较高。针对这一现状提出一种地铁给排水模拟系统中水位测控系统的设计。该水位测控系统主要由水位测量模块、键盘模块、显示模块、通讯模块和给排水控制模块组成。实验表明,以ATmega8单片机为主控芯片,利用电感式压力传感器实现水位测量,测量范围为0—30cm,精度为±0.1cm,效应时间小于1s。该水位测控系统电路简单、成本低,且性能稳定。同时,该水位测控系统也可为其它水位监控系统提供一些平台,具有实际的参考意义。

Abstract:The subway water supply and drainage system is the core of the subway system one component.In a certain extent determine the subway system security.However,the subway simulation water supply and drainage system,the structure of which is relatively complex and cost is higher at present.In view of this situation puts forward a subway in water supply and drainage simulation system of water level measurement and control system design.It is made up of test water level module,key module,display module,communication module and control module on water supply and drainage.Design shows that it uses a kind of MCU called ATmega8,and inductive force transducer to measure water level.The measuring range is from 0 to 30cm,the measuring accuracy is ±0.1cm,and the response time is less than 1s.Its circuit is simple,cost is low and the performance is stable and reliable.Meanwhile,the water level measurement and control system can also provides some platform for other water monitoring system,with practical significance.
