摘    要:利用Delmia/Quest仿真平台,以某钣金厂蒙皮拉伸成形生产线为例阐述了仿真分析的方法和关键步骤,对其进行仿真与分析,找出生产中的瓶颈点,并进行改进方案的分析与验证。通过仿真直观地反映了生产线上制造资源的分配及利用率,为部门管理和决策提供了定量的分析依据。

Abstract:With the Delmia/Quest simulation platform,the method of some sheet metal parts production line are described and the key steps are simulated and analyzed to identify production bottlenecks and to improve the analysis and verification program,the improvement based on the original production line.In addition to directly reflecting the production line manufacturing resource allocation and utilization,the method also provides quantitative analysis for management and decision-making.
