活塞排气式气动发动机排气损失分析

摘    要:
对一款新型活塞排气式气动发动机曲轴处于恒转速工作状态和变转速工作状态的排气损失进行了分析,总结了排气损失原因,提出了活塞排气阀的改进措施。结果表明,限制发动机曲轴最低转速,同时采取改进的活塞排气阀结构可以较好地消除排气损失。

Abstract:
The paper analyses the exhaust loss of a new-type Exhaust Piston of air-Powered Engine,whose crankshaft works in the constant rotate speed and inconstant rotate speed,meanwhile,summaries the factor of exhaust loss and suggests the improvement approach of the piston vent valve.The result shows that limiting the crankshaft's rotate speed and using the improvement approach of the piston vent valve can preferably eliminate the exhaust loss.
