高温螺栓法兰连接研究进展

摘    要:工作在高温下的螺栓法兰连接系统,由于温度对材料变形和老化的作用,其密封要比常温下困难得多,因而温度成了影响法兰连接系统设计、使用和维护过程中不可忽视的一项重要因素。本文介绍了高温法兰连接系统的国内外研究状况,包括试验装置与测试方法、垫片高温性能研究、法兰及法兰—螺栓连接系统的分析。

Abstract:Due to the temperature effect on material deformation and ageing, bolted flange joints operated at elevated temperature is far more difficult to seal than those at room temperature. The service temperature has been regarded as a limiting factor that affects design, operation and maintenance of the flange joint system. This paper summarized recent advances of bolted flange joints at high temperature, which include the testing set-up and measuring techniques, elevated temperature behavior of gaskets, and analysis of flange and flange-bolt systems.
