离合器从动盘毂疲劳分析及优化

摘    要:离合器从动盘存在的主要问题是从动盘毂疲劳强度不足,为了提高离合器的疲劳寿命,利用Pro/E建立了从动盘毂模型,然后利用计算机辅助设计软件Msc.Patran,Msc.Fatigue对从动盘毂进行了强度和疲劳寿命分析,得到了从动盘毂的应力云图和疲劳寿命云图,并进行了优化。分析及优化结果表明,该研究为从动盘毂的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The insufficient fatigue strength of clutch spider hub is the main problem of clutch driven plate assembly.In order to improve the fatigue life of clutch,the model of the clutch spider hub was created by Pro/E.The intensity and fatigue were analyzed by computer-aided design software Msc.Patran and Msc.Fatigue.The stress and fatigue life nephogram were gotten from the analysis.From the simulation analysis,the clutch spider hub was optimized.The results of analysis and optimization show that the research prov...
