高介高压介质材料及其工艺的探讨

摘    要:阐述了选择高介高压介质材料的理论依据,确定了以SriiO_3—Bi_2O_3—Tio_2系为基进行改性的适合制作高介高压介质材料的理想组成。同时对材料不同生产工艺下制样和重烧处理后的电性能做了比较,从而确定出了一种较完善的工艺方法。

Abstract:This paper expounds the theory and basis to choose materials of high-voltage and high- dielectric constant, decides the ideal compositionthat is developed for high-voltage and high-dielectric constant matericals. At same time, It contrasts dielectric properties on different making technology and firing again, thus decide a perfect method of technology.
