| 摘 要： | 结合苏南某厂房加层垮塌事故鉴定分析,提出了房屋在加层、加固改造中,要遵循基本建设程序,增层改造房屋结构要符合结构构成规律,要严格施工质量和竣工验收制度,才能确保增层房屋的安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Combining with the analysis of the theoretical analysis of the collapsed accident of industrial plants added in southern region of Jiangsu, It is pointed out that we should adhering to the basic construction procedure;fitting up to structure composition rules;conforming to the regulation of construction quality and completion approval system of construction enterprise, so as to ensure successful construction. |
