摘    要:研究了成型方式和胶凝材料总量对透水混凝土强度和透水率的影响。结果表明,加入乳胶溶液可改善透水混凝土的拌合施工状态,硅灰和粉煤灰的加入提高了透水混凝土的抗压强度,但会影响透水率。特细砂能够增加浆体对碎石的包裹性。在三种成型方式中,击实成型可以大幅提高透水混凝土的抗压强度,同时可以满足透水率的要求,通过试验可配制出28 d抗压强度为45.7 MPa,透水系数为1.6 mm/s的透水混凝土,并已在实际工程中应用。

Abstract:The effects of forming methods and total amount of cementitious materials on the strength and permeability of pervious cement concrete were studied.Experimental research shows that within the addition of the latex solution can improve the mixing state of the pervious cement concrete.The addition of silica fume and fly ash improves the compressive strength of the pervious cement concrete,but it will affect the permeability.Fine sand can increase the encapsulation of the slurry to the gravel.In the three forming effect,compaction method can greatly improve the compressive strength of the pervious cement concrete,and meet the requirements of permeability.A pervious cement concrete with a compressive strength of 45.7 MPa and a permeability coefficient of 1.6 mm/s can be prepared,and is applied in the practical engineering in Shanghai.
