摘    要:为了获得平面配流机构的压力分布特征,根据轴向柱塞泵配流机构的实际工况,基于二维圆盘缝隙流动的Reynolds方程推导了柱面坐标下各密封带任一点的压力计算模型,引入牛顿-拉弗森法迭代和根据边界积分2种求解方法,并在密封带流场域内计算内、外密封区的压力分布.结果表明,对内外半径比rext/rint小于1.5的圆环密封区,压力分布位于整个曲线的线性段而随半径呈近似线性关系,处于这一区间分析时可作简化,半径比大时非线性关系不可忽略.模型的解析与迭代2种算法均适用于中低压的窄密封带压力分布计算,且迭代法简单、收敛快,而对高压及宽密封带(内外半径比大)前者更为准确.

Abstract:A calculating model for optional location pressure at every sealing area was presented according to the real operating condition of porting mechanism in order to achieve the pressure field distribution of plain porting mechanism in axial piston pump. All formulas in cylindrical coordinate were deduced from the universal Reynolds equation because of the two dimensional gap flow between disks. Both the Newton Raphson, the iterated algorithm and the integration with boundary conditions were introduced. The distribution results on the internal and the external sealing area were calculated. When rext/rint, the ratio of the internal and the external radius in circular sealing area was less than 1.5, the pressure and the radius was near linear dependency within the linear segment of the whole curve, so it can be simplified to analyze. The nonlinear relation should be considered when rext/rint was more than 1.5. The analysis formula and the iterated calculation are applicable to the calculation under the low and medium pressure field of sealing area. The iterated method has the advantages of simple steps and quick convergence, while the analysis formula can get more exact results especially for high pressure and wider sealing area (a greater rext/rint).
