摘    要:为了能使秦王川及其周边地区宜开发的土地得到合理开发,满足兰州再发展的需要,考虑秦王川周边的水资源状况,对引入大秦工程实施节水建设是十分必要的,节水工程措施可以从以下3方面入手,提高渠系防渗建设标准,改变灌溉方式,开采补不,经分析计算,采取节水工程措施后,每年可节水12288万m^3,节余的水量除可新发展2.27万hm^2灌区外,并富余2159万m^3可量可供城市发展之用,分析结果表明,采取节水措施

Abstract:It is very necessary for the project of water diversion from Datong river into Qinwangchuan river to implement water saving construction under consideration of water resources conditions around Qinwangchuan areas in order to in a reasonable way develop the suitable land resource and meet the requirement of development of Lanzhou city. Water saving engineering measures can be begun with following aspects: to enhance anti-seepage standard of channel systems, improve irrigation operation model and exploit compensated water source for seepage. Calculation and analysis shows that water saving measures will save water of 122 880 thousand m 3 which can be used for developing irrigation of 22 700 hm 2 and surplus water of 21 590 thousand m 3 for city development. Economic analysis demonstrates that it is economically feasible to apply water saving measures for enlargement of irrigation area and provision for city development.
