| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the relationship of low carbon city and climate change on the background of global warming.It investigates how low carbon city construction is very important to the mitigation of global warming,and how low carbon planning is the key to low carbon construction.Then,this paper gives a summarization of low carbon city planning study from three aspects: low carbon planning theories,low carbon community construction,and future development trends. |
