摘    要:以脱乙酰度80%~95%的壳聚糖(CTS)为原料,在其氨基上引入3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CTA),得到了季铵化壳聚糖(CTA-CTS),并比较了经季铵化壳聚糖(CTA-CTS)处理后的棉织物染色效果与未处理棉织物无盐和加盐的染色效果.实验结果表明,对于上染率、固色率及色牢度,季铵化壳聚糖(CTA-CTS)改性棉织物的无盐染色效果均比未处理的无盐染色效果有所提高.季铵化壳聚糖(CTA-CTS)改性棉织物的最佳工艺条件为:季铵化壳聚糖(CTA-CTS)溶液浓度14g/L,轧余率100%,在100℃焙烘3min;活性染料无盐染色的最佳工艺条件为:染料用量3%(owf),碳酸钠用量为10g/L.

Abstract:The final product hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride-chitosan (CTA- CTS) was synthesized by using chitosan (CTS) with 80% to 95% of degree of deacetylation as material, introducing 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (CTA) on the amino groups of chitosan. The dyeing effects of cotton fabrics treated with CTA-CTS was compared with those of salt free and salt untreated cotton. The results showed that the cot- ton treated with CTA-CTS give better dyeing characteristics on dye up-take, fixation rate and color fastness compared with salt-free and untreated cotton. The best process to modified cotton fabric by CTA-CTS: 14 g/L of CTA-CTS concentration, 100% of pick-up, and bake at 100 ℃ for 3 minutes. The best salt-free dyeing process of reactive dyes: 3% of dye concen- tration (owl), 10 g/L of sodium carbonate.
