制浆煤粉燃烧固硫添加剂的复配研究

摘    要:对新汶原煤进行了TG—FTIR分析 ,确定了主固硫剂 ,进行了助剂对固硫率的影响研究。助剂M1、M2和M3分别提高固硫率 2 6 1 3 %、1 8 5 0 %和 1 3 5 0 % ,三者复配后的固硫率达到 5 8 7%。分析煤粉燃尽后的渣相及对固硫添加剂固硫机理的初探表明 ,助剂M1、M2能促进固硫反应的进行 ,并提高了渣的灰熔点 ,助剂M3对SO2 向SO3的转化起重要的催化作用

Abstract:Analysis by TG FTIR of Xinwen coal conducted, principal sulfur fixation additive defined, and experiment on promoter for sulfur fixation carried out. The sulfur fixation rate be increased 26.13%, 18.50% and 13.50% by M1, M2 and M3 separately; and by composition of the three ones, this figure being 58.7%. Analysis of the burnout residue phase and preliminary research on the mechanism of sulfur fixation showed that the promoter M1 and M2 can improve the sulfur fixation reaction and increase the ash fusion temperature and that promoter M3 gave important catalytic function for transforming SO 2 to SO 3.
