| 摘 要： | YL23型滤棒成形机供丝喷嘴设计不合理,导致供丝系统送丝不稳定,直接影响了滤棒质量,产品合格率仅为76%左右。为此,对其供丝系统进行了技术改进:增大了喷嘴内外套间的气腔;改造了喷嘴出丝端锥形斗;加装了空气稳压罐。改进后生产的滤棒质量明显改善,产品合格率达到99%,设备有效作业率也得到了提高。

| Abstract: | The unreasonable design of tow feeding jet in YL23 filter rod maker resulted in fluctuated tow delivering, the rod quality was influenced and the percentage of qualified rod was just about 76%. Therefore, the tow feeding system was modified: enlarging air chamber in air jacket of the jet; improving the cone_shaped funnel of tow discharge end; adding an air pressure stabilizer. After that, the rod quality was obviously improved, the percentage of qualified rod reached 99% and the efficiency of equipment was also increased. |
