| Abstract: | Based on the concept of the Human Settlements Environment(HSE),this article tries to analyze the history and development of the construction of HSE,and study the relation between the HSE and the Urban Planning.Also from the angle of the city,community and settlement,it tries to discuss how to improve the sustainable development of the HSE with the guide of the HSE idea to the urban planning. |
