| 摘 要： | 全过程造价管理是一种必然的趋势,它对工程造价全面有效地管理和控制,能产生良好的社会效益和经济效益。本文在分析了工程建设实施的各个阶段如何有重点地控制工程造价后,指出目前实现全过程造价管理还存在的弊端以及发展前景。

| Abstract: | The management of whole-process costs is an inevitable tendency because it not only manages and controls roundly and effectively engineering costs but also brings favorable social and economic benefits. This paper analyzes how to control engineering costs at various stage of engineering construction and indicates the abuse in that process and the prospect of development. |
