四川省阆中市与其它发达地区相比,农村经济还相对落后,其重要原因之一就是小城镇建设起步晚,发展速度慢,致使乡镇工业无载体,农村剩余劳动力没有“蓄水池”,城乡交流没有枢纽,农村经济没有新的增长点。
