浅谈Clinsulf-SDP工艺在垫江分厂的应用

垫江分厂Clinsulf-SDP硫磺回收工艺由德国Linde公司开发,该技术打破了绝热反应在Claus反应中的垄断地位,并通过等温反应器来获取更加稳定的硫收率。运行结果表明,该工艺在垫江分厂7年来运行效果良好。但在运行过程中,还存在酸气气质和气量超过设计值、切换初期装置回压偏高、蒸汽盘管Cl~-腐蚀等一系列问题。本文介绍了Clinsulf-SDP硫磺回收工艺的工艺流程、工艺特点,回顾了装置的运行情况,并针对存在的问题提出了改进建议和解决办法。

Discussion on the Application of Clinsulf-SDP Process in Dianjiang Branch Plant

The Clinsulf—SDP sulfur recovery process developed by Linde Company in Germany may obtain much higher yield of sulfur through the design of isothermal reac- tor.The Clinsulf—SDP unit in Dianjiang branch has been running for nearly 7 years.There are many problems such as the quality of acid gas and gas flow deviate the design value, the back—pressure of the switch between the cool state and hot state is higher than normal value,the Cl corrosion in the devices is serious and so on.This article describes the Clinsulf—SDP sulfur recovery process in Dianjiang branch plant,summarize the operation experiences and put forward some improvement measures.
