基于GDAS技术的采空区稳定性无线实时监测及安全预警研究

摘    要:针对矿山采空区稳定性监测的现状,研究提出了一种基于ZigBee无线网络和GDAS网络中间件技术的无线实时监测方案。利用位移和应力应变传感器实时监测采空区岩体变形和破坏活动,监测数据通过无线网络传输,并应用GDAS平台实现监测数据的实时显示和评价预警。矿山决策者通过网络浏览的方式即可对矿山安全远程实时监控,对危险事件做出及时应对。

Abstract:In view of the present situation of stability monitoring of mined-out areas in mines,a wireless real-time monitoring scheme which is based on ZigBee wireless networks and GDAS network middleware was proposed. Displacement and stress -strain sensors are used to monitor the deformation and failure activities of surrounding rock. The monitored data is transmitted to the industrial computer through ZigBee wireless network. The real-time display of monitored data and the safety forewarning information can be achieved based on the GDAS platform. The mine decision-maker can achieve the long-distance real-time monitoring of mine safety by Web browser,and timely make relative countermeasures to dangerous events.
