松南气田火山岩气藏水平井钻完井关键技术研究

摘    要:松南气田是中石化正在进行产能建设的重要气田,目前正采用水平井技术进行整体开发.该气田地质情况非常复杂,上部易缩径、掉块、垮塌并含有浅层气,下部地层坚硬、研磨性强、地温梯度高并含有水层;主力储层为火山岩,孔洞是主要的储集空间和储集类型,裂缝是沟通孔隙的渗流通道,易漏失、易污染并含二氧化碳.复杂的地质条件,给该气田施工水平井带来了钻井效率低、储层易污染、轨迹控制难度大、钻井液性能难维护、完井工艺复杂等难题.通过技术攻关,目前已成功钻成两口高产水平井.文章详细介绍了松南气田施工水平井的主要技术难点及关键技术.

Abstract:Songnan gas field is being developed by using horizontal well technology. This gas field has complex geological conditions, such as hole diameter reduction, dropping out, collapse and containing shallow gas in the upper reservoir, hard & strong abrasive formation, high geothermal gradient and containing water in the under stratum. Its main reservoir is the volcanic rocks, caverns are the main reservoir type and space, and cracks are the flow channel. All above these made drilling efficiency of horizontal well was low, the reservoir was easy to be contaminated, trajectory control and the maintenance of drilling fluid performance were difficult and completion techniques were complex, etc. According to the geologic characteristics of Songnan reservoir, the drilling and completion technology of horizontal wells suited for Songnan reservoir were developed, and have been applied in two horizontal wells successfully. This paper introduced the main technical difficulty and key technologies of horizontal well operation in Songnan gas fields.
