大功率LED的驱动电路设计

摘    要:LED(Light Emitting Diode)作为新一代绿色光源,具有节能、环保和光转换效率高等特点,在照明应用方面已广泛展开.尤其是大功率LED光源更是备受喜爱,由于LED光源不能直接用市电220v电压直接供电,需特殊电压供电,因此,需要专门的驱动电路来点亮LED.本论文主要介绍一种LED恒流驱动电路,其采用恒流芯片PT4115来实现对大功率LED的高效恒流驱动.此电路具有效率高、成本低,可靠,安全等优点,适合当今大功率LED驱动电路的市场发展前景.

Abstract:LED(Light Emitting Diode) as a new generation of green light source, with energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency of light conversion characteristics, has been widely used in lighting applications. In particular, high-power LED light source is much loved, because the LED light source can not be directly used for direct supply of electricity 220V voltage, the need for special voltage supply, therefore, the need for a dedicated driver circuit to light up LED. This paper introduces a LED constant current drive circuit, the constant current chip PT4115 to realize constant current drive of high power LED. This circuit has many advantages, such as high efficiency, low cost, reliability, security, and so on. It is suitable for the market development of high power LED drive circuit.
