布袋除尘器气固两相三维流场分析

摘    要:
本文对一台用于净化氧化铝烟气的布袋除尘器进行了气固两相三维流场数值模拟。分析结果表明,其流场分布不够理想。为了改进除尘区流场分布,需了解除尘器流场分布规律。本文在原分析的基础上,分别改变颗粒粒径、布袋渗透率以及气流入口速度等边界条件,进行了多次分析。结果表明粒径越小,颗粒在除尘室分布越均匀;在允许的条件下,增大布袋渗透率并适当增加入口风量有利于使流场分布均匀。该分析结论为布袋除尘器的实验和改进提供了依据。

Abstract:
In the paper,the 3-D flow field analysis of gassolid phase is done for a bag filter,which is used for decontaminating alumina fume.The simulation result indicates that the flow filed distributing it isn't uniform and should be improved.Based on the analysis,several other simulations are conducted with the changed boundary conditions,such as particle diameter, face permeability of filter bag and inlet velocity of airflow.By contrastingly analyzing,following conclusion are obtained: the smaller the particle diameter is,the more uniform the particles distributing is;in acceptable conditions,increasing the face permeability of filter bag and improving the rate of airflow are both helpful to uniform the flow field.The analysis conclusion offers a reference to experiment and improvement for bag filter.
