摘    要:通过改变合金剂的组成,研究了放热焊接中合金元素Mn和Si的添加对焊缝金属微观组织和显微硬度的影响。试验结果表明,通过添加合金元素,能缓和反应剧烈程度,细化焊缝金属晶粒,提高焊缝硬度。当Mn和Si的添加比例均为0.25%时,焊缝组织最均匀,硬度较高。

Effect of Alloying Element on Microstructure of Exothermic Welding Joint

Abstract:By changing the composition of alloying agent, the effect of alloying elements Mn and Si on microstructure of exothermic welding joint was studied. The results showed that the additional alloying elements could moderate the reaction, refine grains of weld metal and increase the hardness of welding joint. When the weight percentage of Mn and Si was both 0.25 %, the weld microstructure was the most uniform and the hardness was relatively high.
