对旧有建筑加装钢结构电梯的探讨

近年来,"旧楼加装电梯"已成为一股热潮,对旧楼原有结构进行加装电梯前的结构安全性鉴定工程也变得越来越普遍。本文通过福州市某一旧宿舍楼加装电梯前的结构安全性鉴定,浅谈一下加装电梯对旧有建筑原有结构的影响,同时也为同类工程鉴定提供借鉴与参考。

Discussion on Retrofitting Old Buildings with Elevator

In recent years,"retrofitting existing buildings with elevator"has become a craze.The structure security appraisal projects for the original structure of a existing building before installation of elevator are more and more common.The installation of the lift effects on the original structure of the old building is discussed on the structure security appraisal for an existing dormitory building in Fuzhou before retrofitting elevator in this paper,which would be useful for identification of similar projects.
